We also have done Bank Recoveries i.e. Credit Recoveries, Foreclosures of Residential Houses, Commercial & Corporate, and Debt Collections including Rental Collections, property rates and taxes.
LABOUR LAW AND EMPLOYMENT LAW (INVESTIGATION, CHAIRING, PROSECUTION AND REVIEW)
We have represented our clients at CCMA, Bargaining Council and Labour Courts. We also act as pro forma prosecution in the disciplinary hearings on behalf of our clients and have done investigations to formulate reports and or subsequently formulate charges in respect of various misconducts.
FORENSIC AND FRAUD INVESTIGATIONS (LEGAL INVESTIGATIONS)
We conduct investigation, where necessary and also forensic investigation with regards to various matters depending on terms of references and or scope of investigation as well as Due Diligence.

Our firm boasts experience in commercial and general litigation in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court in the Republic of South Africa including Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) on matters such Bank Recoveries i.e. Credit Recoveries, Foreclosures of Residential Houses, Commercial & Corporate, and Debt Collections, Rental Collections and Property Law Rights related matters including Spluma matters.
ENVIRONMENTAL LAW
We have also advised client on matters arising from Environmental Conservation Act 73 of 1989 and National Environmental Management Act No 107 of 1998.
LOCAL GOVERNMENT LAW
Our firm has been and still is involved in providing General Legal Advice on matters of Local Government Law:- Municipal Finance Management Act, Municipal Systems Act, Municipal Structures Act, Municipal Demarcation Act, Municipal Property Rate Act and for various Municipalities.

Our firm has provided clients with advice and assistance on procurement matters in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) as well as The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act No5 of 2000 ( PPPFA).
CONSTRUCTION LAW and ENGINEERING LAW
Our team has technical ability and approach to provide a comprehensive service on FIDIC suite of contracts (e.g. Conditions of contract for construction for building and engineering works designed by the employer) between both the private contractors and government.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Our firm boasts experience in civil litigation in the High Court, Magistrate’s Court in the Republic of South Africa. We also have to date done Interdicts and Arbitration on behalf of various client as per agreement on Dispute Resolution clause.
